1. Refunds & Usage Requirements
Once any Pursu subscription has been purchased and “unlocked,” no automatic refunds or prorated refunds are given. For example, if you purchase a 6-month plan but later decide to access only 3 months, you are not entitled to receive the difference between the 6-month and 3-month prices.
However, we provide a Usage-Based Refund Option within the first 14 days of subscription, and a Score Improvement Guarantee (“Gains Guarantee”) after that period.
- Completed at least 5 guided practice modules, or
- Attempted at least 150+ speedrun questions with genuine effort, or
Refunds are not granted if:
- The app was barely used (e.g., logging in without practice).
- Activity shows random guessing or rushing through without intent to improve.
Refunds are available only when the above requirements are met and the student’s score shows no improvement during this period.
2. Price Adjustments:
If a sale, discount, or coupon becomes available after a student has purchased a course or lesson, no price adjustments will be made to previously purchased products or services. Coupons are valid for new purchases only.
3. Gains Guarantee:
To qualify for the Gains Guarantee, students must reachout to us on support@pursu.io within 1.5 weeks of subscription date and meet the following requirements:
Evaluating Score Improvements:
We compare the official test score obtained after completing Pursu subscription with your starting baseline score.
Baseline Score Options:
Your first official test score taken within 1 year before subscribing to our Subscription and before starting our Subscription.
The score from your very first practice test or PSAT. This test must be taken within 1.5 weeks of joining the Subscription. Scores from repeated attempts at the same practice test will not be considered.
The baseline score and final test score must be on the same exam version.
Score Not Improved?
If your score does not improve on the official test after completing the Subscription and all other guarantee requirements are met, we will refund you.
Student Responsibilities:
Achieve a score of 80% or higher on all practice problem drills.
Complete all four official SAT practice tests.
Take atleast 4 Mock Tests on the platform completely. (“Completely” means the student shows intent to complete the exam which can be tracked by the total time taken to complete and student’s progress).
Take an official SAT within 30 days of completing the subscription or the next available test date.
4. Recourse:
Pursu's maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid. We are not liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages including ineffective teaching strategies or faulty content.
5. Copyright:
All content, applications, downloads, and data compilations on the site (“Site Materials”) are the property of Pursu or licensed to it. You may not exploit any component of the Site Materials, modify, or share downloadable content with non-subscribers.
